Founder & Landscape Designer
Leaside Landscaping was founded in 1982 while studying Landscape Architectural Technology at Ryerson. He's since developed the company from a 3-man crew in an old jeep to a professional team with design, horticulture, carpentry, stone masonry, and sustainable landscaping professionals. Simons forest green trucks have been seen throughout Leaside and the surounding areas for years. The longtime Leaside resident proudly supports his neighbourhood & community.

Pierre-Cedric Kuehnhold
Landscape Designer & Sales Manager
Pierre spent his summers visiting France and Germany, his family's homeland, and finding his love for nature, design, and natural materials. He discovered an external design class in college and was immediately captivated to landscape design and styling. Since then, Pierre has worked with award-winning designers and created award-winning projects around the province. Pierre loves elegant, long-lasting outdoor areas.

Mackenzie, our landscape designer, creates natural, functional outdoor places that blend with their surroundings. After completing her bachelor's at Ontario College of Art and Design University, she became intrigued by combining outdoor spaces with indoor spaces. In the off seasons, she's a visual artist and an avid skiier.
